The Young and the Restless has been on air since 1973 and has marked many incredible milestones along the way. But the show is headed for one of it’s biggest milestones yet—its 13,00th episode. The #1 daytime drama will air its milestone episode on November 13, 2024, and word has it that Devon (Bryton James) and Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) wedding will take center stage. In light of the upcoming milestone, Lauralee Bell (Christine) put her castmates to a tongue-twisting challenge—a must-see moment that was recorded by the actress herself.
Taking to her Instagram page, Bell quipped, “The reality is we’re all professionals and on the day we will bring out our clearest pronunciation of #yr 13,000th episode but … practice does make perfect! It also gives you a chance to see a little #bts fun AND we can never thank you enough for getting us here!!”
The video clipping showcases her Y&R colleagues such as Eric Braeden (Victor), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis), Bryton James (Devon), Sean Dominic (Nate), Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea), Courtney Hope (Sally), Mark Grossman (Adam), Joshua Morrow (Nick), Conner Floyd (Chance), Allison Lanier (Summer), Michael Graziadei (Daniel), Christian LeBlanc (Michael), and Kate Linder (Esther), all taking their turns at the tongue-twister.
Of course, the video clip created, written, and directed by Bell can be seen below. And, don’t you worry—Bell teases, “More videos coming in the next few weeks!!! I’ll do my best to get as much of the cast as possible!”
