Former When Calls the Heart star, Daniel Lissing (ex-Jack Thornton) has an exciting new gig in the pipeline. Lissing was recently on set of a CBS primetime drama filming his guest starring role. We can report that he will play the role of Ty in an upcoming episode of “S.W.A.T” on CBS.
The series is an American crimde drama based on the 1975 television series of the same name. It is created by Robert Hamner and developed by Rick Husky. The show premiered in 2017 and is currently running its second season on CBS.
The episode in which Lissing guest stars is titled, “Never Again“. In this episode, the Swat team tries to determine the next diamond dealer to be robbed by a group of thieves executing heists across Downtown, Los Angeles.
Other notable guest stars include; Debbie Allen who plays Charice Harrelson, Hondo’s (Shemar Moore) mother, Claire Coffee, Sean Riggs, Richard Neil, George Tovar, Julia Garcia and more. The episode is schedule to air on November 1, 2018 at 10/11PM ET/PT on CBS – be sure to tune in.
