General Hospital does it again. The ABC daytime drama has been pulling out all stops to keep viewers hooked, with surprise returns and major story twists. One of those returns happened in the January 23 episode of GH. Viewers were stunned when they tuned in and found Wes Ramsey back in the role of Peter August. Well… sort of. His return was inside Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) hallucinations, courtesy of those drugs.
Will Peter August Return for Real?
Even in her visions, Peter was classic Peter—ranting, scheming, and reminding Anna of everything she supposedly did to him. He even referenced the messy family business that runs in his bloodline.
He spoke about the back from the deal trails that run in his family. As you know, both Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) recently returned from the “dead”. Will that be the case for Peter, who was killed off the show back in 2022? Maybe…. maybe not!
Wes Ramsey Has Another Soap Role on the Horizon
General Hospital isn’t the only soap where Wes Ramsey is making waves. According to the long Days of Our Lives trailer, he’s set to return on Peacock sometime this year.
Rumor has it he’ll reprise his role as Owen Knight—the same character who once stalked Stephanie. Looks like Ramsey is keeping daytime fans on their toes.
