Today, Murielle Hilaire debuted on the Bold and the Beautiful as Daphne. Daphne is in town to create a new fragrance for Forrester Creations, but after what could be her signature move, “a cold look and cute sniff,” it seems like Daphne is there to create a little more than just perfume. According to the 2025 Previews for Bold and the Beautiful, fragrances aren’t the only thing Daphne will be creating unless the scent is trouble—that is for Hope and Carter’s relationship.
Daphne’s presence on today’s episode has already been well received and also has fans wondering who is the actress playing Daphne.

Murielle Hilaire may be fairly new to the U.S., she is a well-known actress overseas. This Caribbean-born actress and model has owned the French TV screens since she was eighteen, where she landed her first role, as Cynthia in the French series Baie Des Flamboyants. She also went on to star in Coeur Océan, another French series playing Tara. Hilare also appeared in other French series like Nicolas Le Floch and Capitian Marleau.

Murielle managed to crossover to British TV by appearing in the BBC’s Agatha Christie mini-series and the popular series Death in Paradise. Her US debut was in 2023, when she appeared alongside actors Morgan Freeman and Cole Causer in the Ritual Killer.

  1. It’s sad the Writers can’t let Hope win. If only for a moment!! It’s Always about The Foresters.. It’s getting old and so many people in Georgia stopped watching.
