The Young and the Restless actor, Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) is selling his Los Angeles home according to LA Times. The report noted that Morrow, a star of the CBS daytime drama is looking to make a scene change near Westlake Village as he listed his renovated home in Lake Sherwood for $4.995 million.
The house was built in 1995 and later renovated for a more modern look. It is a two-story home with a media room, an office, kitchen and breakfast area, 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. A swimming pool and spa, garage and a well-spaced backyard is also a part of the home. Morrow purchased this home a year ago and has decided to resell.
