The Young and the Restless actor, Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) has sold his California home at Lake Sherwood.
According to a report, Morrow sold his home which he bought for $3.295 million in 2018 for $4.85 million after doing some remodeling.
It is a two-story house with a brick walkway, columned entry, and powder blue-colored plantation shutters. There is a living space that was remodeled with wide-plank hardwood and brightened white walls. It is approximately 6,000 square feet with six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
There is an indoor-outdoor living room, a family room with a fireplace and formal dining room, a kitchen, upstairs master suite and more. A pool is in the backyard.
