Congratulations are in order for The Young and the Restless alum, Jason Canela (ex-Arturo Rosales), and his wife, Janaina Reis, as they are expecting their second child due in April 2026.
The couple announced the exciting news in a joint Instagram post captioned, “Twice the love, twice the joy 🤰🏼baby canela arriving April 2026!” In the reel, Jason and Janaina stand side by side as they use handwritten cards to reveal, “We’re pregnant.” Then they share a kiss before asking their firstborn, Jovie, to join them as she enters. She unveils a car that says “Baby arriving April 2026.”
Jason Canela is an American actor of Cuban descent, best known for his work in telenovelas and daytime television. He gained widespread recognition for his role as Arturo Rosales on The Young and the Restless from 2018 to 2020. Outside of daytime, Canela has also appeared in primetime hits like The Rookie, Palm Royale, Pitch, and more.
