Next week on The Young and the Restless, spoilers reveal that Nikki gets some health news. Plus, Matt invites Phyllis out on a date, and more. Here’s what’s coming up on Y&R from June 20-26, according to the spoiler video.
What Happens Next on Y&R?
The newest Y&R spoilers preview shows Matt Clark making a surprising move on Phyllis, Jack revealing his plan to help Diane, and Nikki struggling to come to terms with a devastating diagnosis.
Matt Asks Phyllis Out
The preview opens with Matt Clark shooting his shot with Phyllis.
While the two are together at the GCAC, Matt tells a story about a man who once had no memory, met a woman, and eventually asked her out on a date.
Sound familiar?
That’s because Matt is talking about himself, and the woman he’s referring to is Phyllis.
So, could a romance actually be on the horizon? It’s certainly looking that way.
Jack Puts His Plan Into Motion
Meanwhile, Jack shares his latest strategy with Billy.
According to Jack, he plans to lure the doctor away from the house in an effort to help Diane.
However, Billy isn’t entirely convinced the plan will work.
If Laurence becomes suspicious, the entire mission could fall apart before it even begins. And with Diane’s future hanging in the balance, Jack can’t afford any mistakes.
Nikki Struggles With Her Diagnosis
Elsewhere, Nikki’s health crisis continues to take center stage.
Victoria reassures her mother that the family will do everything possible to help her through this difficult time.
But Nikki is clearly overwhelmed by the news she’s received.
“This cannot be happening,” she says in the preview.
It’s a heartbreaking moment!
