The Young and the Restless spoilers video promo for the week of November 2-6 teases a surprising meeting, a possible pregnancy scare, and an awkward moment at the hospital. Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) is back in Genoa City, and he gets quite the surprise when he spots Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) having coffee together at Crimson Lights.
Meanwhile, Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) talk about the realities of pregnancy leaves Abby (Melissa Ordway) wondering if she could be expecting. At the hospital, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is settling back into his familiar surroundings, but a new doctor catches him in an embrace with Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox).

Cane Returns to Genoa City and Finds Diane With Lily
The latest video promo for The Young and the Restless kicks off at Crimson Lights. Cane is officially back in Genoa City. Looking around the coffeehouse, Cane can hardly believe his eyes when he spots Lily Winters, sitting down for a chat with none other than Diane Jenkins.
Surprised by the unlikely pair, Cane strolls over to ask what brought them together. “It’s definitely a first,” Lily notes.
Diane chimes in to explain. “I asked Lily to meet with me because I wanted to present her with a one-in-a-lifetime proposition,” Diane states.
Will Lily be on board with whatever Diane has in mind? That remains to be seen.
Abby Wonders if She’s Pregnant
Meanwhile, over at Society, the talk turns to pregnancy. Chelsea Lawson sits down with Abby to vent about the overwhelming downsides of carrying a child. She points out that she would deal with all the insomnia, indigestion, and nausea if she ever got pregnant again.
Suddenly, Abby stops in her tracks. “Oh, my God! Could I be pregnant?” she wonders aloud.
Dr. Andrew Bishop Catches Nate and Stephanie Together
Over at Genoa City Memorial Hospital, Nate Hastings is finally back where he belongs! However, he isn’t the only physician making waves in the halls.
Dr. Andrew Bishop walks up just as he catches Nate and Stephanie sharing an embrace.
“I heard rumors you were back,” Dr. Bishop says. He looks at them with a knowing smile. “It looks like you wasted no time settling in,” he adds.
