The Young and the Restless Recap for Wednesday, November 15, 2023:
Today on The Young and the Restless, Victor gives Nick and Victoria an ultimatum, Kyle’s loyalty shifts, and Nikki’s trip with Claire takes an unexpected turn.
Y&R Recap Today
Nikki is passed out on a bed and Claire opens one of her eyes so she can unlock her phone. Claire sends a message to Victor, Victoria, and Nick, pretending to be Nikki and saying that she is spending the night with Claire and her aunt before continuing on to her sister’s the next day.
After Claire leaves the room Nikki wakes up confused about what’s happening to her. She gets up and finds the door locked. She bangs on it calling for Claire.
Nikki looks around the room, trying to find her purse with her phone, and realizes that Claire had to of taken it. She almost drinks a bottle of water, but then remembers being drugged and puts it down.
She hears Claire talking to her over the intercom and asks Claire why she’s doing this to her. Claire tells her that there’s food and water in the room and promises her that it’s safe. She tells Nikki that she has to get back to Genoa City and promisesher she’ll be with her family soon. Nikki yells at Claire to leave her family alone.
Y&R Recap Today
Adam and Nick come into Victor’s office and Adam asks why he has been summoned. Victor tells him that he’s there to talk about his position in the company and tells him about Victoria threatening to quit if he’s given a position of power. Adam thinks this means that he won’t have an important position and he’s surprised when Victor tells him that he told Victoria, that Adam would have a position of power and if she didn’t like it, she could walk.
Nick expresses his displeasure, but Victor makes it clear he’s the one running things and making the decisions. He tells Nick and Adam that he expects them to get Victoria on board with them all working together as a family. When Victor is alone, he reads the text that he thinks is from Nikki and calls and leaves her a voicemail telling her how much he loves her and misses her.
Y&R Recap Today
Kyle goes to see Audra at Newman Media and asks why she didn’t return his texts. She tells him that she is busy working and she figured that what he wanted to talk about was personal.
He tells her it was actually business and admits to her that he’s having second thoughts about helping her and Tucker go after Jabot. Audrey is upset and lashes out at him. They argue about it and she tries to change his mind, but he remains unswayed.
Kyle doesn’t want to betray his family and doesn’t think he could live with himself if he did. She tells him that he’s weak and that Tucker warned her about him but she had faith in him that she now sees was unwarranted. Kyle leaves angrily and later Audra texts him and apologizes. She tells him that she handled things badly and doesn’t want to mess things up between them.
