Today on The Young and the Restless, the wedding reception brought both joy and heartbreak. While guests celebrated downstairs, Sally gave birth to a baby girl in a hotel suite. Meanwhile, Billy and Cane processed devastating news about Jill’s health.

Sally Goes Into Labor
Sally’s water broke while she was in a suite upstairs at the GCAC with Adam. Panicked, Adam tried to leave to find Billy. However, Sally stopped him immediately. The pain was too intense, so she needed to lie down. Adam quickly helped her onto the bed.
“I don’t think I have time to get to the hospital,” she said emotionally.
She warned him that her contractions were coming fast. Adam tried calling Billy, but he didn’t answer. In fact, every option failed. His phone died, and the room’s office line was disconnected. Desperate, Adam opened the door and yelled for help, but no one responded.
With time running out, Adam was forced to deliver the baby himself. Sally pushed with all her strength. She was so convinced that she was having a boy.
“You have a beautiful, perfectly healthy baby girl,” Adam told her as he placed the newborn in her arms.
Heartbreak for Jill
Downstairs, Billy and Cane received a alarming joint call about Jill. She was rushed to the hospital, and doctors feared she might not survive her surgery.
Desperate to reach her, Cane begged Snapper to hold the phone up to Jill’s ear. He wanted to speak to her. He told her how beautiful the wedding was. Then, he pleaded with her to rest and stay strong. He reminded her how much they all loved her.
Right after the call ended, Adam reached out to Billy, but he ignores the call.
Hard Choices and a Sweet Reunion
Shaken by the news, Cane decided to fly to London to be at Jill’s bedside. He urged Billy to come along, but Billy felt torn about the timing.
Through tears, Billy admitted, “Jill could die.”
He confessed that he didn’t know what to do. Cane gently warned him that he was the only one who could make that choice.
“Let’s go find Sally,” Billy said, knowing she always gave him clarity.
While Cane broke the heavy news to Lily, Billy went searching for Sally.
Back upstairs in the suite, Sally urged Adam to go find her hubby. She assured him she would be fine alone for just a minute.
As he is about to leave, someone suddenly knocked on the door. Adam opened it to find Billy standing there.
“Thank God,” Adam said with relief.
Billy was confused at first. However, he looked past Adam and saw Sally holding their newborn child.
“Come meet your daughter,” she told him softly.
Billy walked over to join her, and the two shared a sweet, intimate moment with their new baby girl.
