The Abbott Brothers Clash Yet Again
First up on The Young and the Restless, the Abbott brothers are butting heads once again.
Billy (Jason Thompson) insists to Jack (Peter Bergman) that he is not taking advantage of anyone, no matter how it may look. But Jack is not buying it.
He tells Billy that from where he is standing, it sure looks like that is exactly what Billy is doing. Could this tension have something to do with the deal Cane (Billy Flynn) recently offered Billy?Jack clearly thinks so, even if Billy refuses to admit it.
Cane and Phyllis Plot Their Next Move
Meanwhile, Cane and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) continue their conversation about Newman Enterprises. Cane boldly tells her that Newman Enterprises and all of its subsidiaries are essentially theirs for the taking. According to him, all they have to do is rip the bandage off and take control of the company.
That plan hits a brick wall when Victoria (Amelia Heinle) walks in. Locking eyes with Cane, she shuts him down instantly, telling him, “Over my dead body.”
Noah Worries About Nick’s Dark Path
In other Y&R news, Noah (Lucas Adams) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) have a serious conversation about Matt (Roger Howarth), while Sienna quietly listens in.
Noah admits he is deeply concerned, especially knowing that his father left Matt lying unconscious in the trunk of his car. The situation has Noah spiraling, and he even wonders out loud if his dad is capable of killing him.
Nick, however, is cold and firm in his response. He insists that Matt needs to disappear and makes it clear that there is no one who is going to talk him out of it.
