Victor Protects Nick
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is in trouble! The man is keeping a very big secret, and once Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) catches on, you know he’s going to protect his son at all costs. After all, that’s what Victor always does. When it comes to the Newman family, Victor pulls every trick in the book to keep them safe.
Nick’s world just flipped upside down when he learned about Marie’s (Jade Harlow) condition. On top of that, Nick has been struggling with his sobriety—every time he seems to make progress, he takes ten steps backward. Now that Victor knows something is amiss with his son, he does the classic Victor Newman move: he takes action himself, playing his cards close to his chest to protect Nick.
Lily Fears Her Cancer May Be Back
While Victor steps in, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is facing an unexpected hurdle as she struggles with a frightening health concern. She fears her cancer is back, which is every survivor’s worst nightmare. Nobody ever wants to be in that position. For now, Lily is keeping quiet until she finds out for sure what’s going on.
Phyllis Seals a Deal
Meanwhile, Y&R spoilers for October 5 say that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) seals the deal. Could this be the deal she’s making with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn)? Phyllis is proposing a one-time deal to buy up all the properties Cane purchased when he returned to Genoa City, including the Genoa City Athletic Club (GCAC). Phyllis clearly wants to make a massive name for herself, and she isn’t about to let anyone stand in her way!
