Y&R Recap March 25, 2024: Today on The Young and the Restless – Victor is concerned about Nikki’s decision making, Lily settles unfinished business with Heather, and Phyllis sounds an alarm for Danny and Christine.
Young and Restless Y&R Recap March 25, 2024:
Daniel encounters Devon at the office, and Devon wants to have a chat. He thanks Daniel for being honest with Lily as soon as she returned to town, but Daniel brushes off the thanks. However, Devon mentions that if Daniel ever has a change of heart, he won’t get another shot with Lily.
Daniel insists that he has no regrets about getting back with his ex and reuniting his family. He tells Devon that he won’t be asking for a second chance, but he does want to find a way to make the situation less painful for Lily.
Devon agrees. He also suggests that Daniel should give Lily some space for a while to avoid constantly reminding her. Daniel points out that they live in the same building, so that’s a bit tricky unless Devon is referring to work. He wonders if Devon is cutting ties with Omega Sphere and him.
Devon admits that he did think about it. Daniel reminds him that when Billy and Lily broke up, they didn’t get rid of Billy. Devon tells him that he’s not sure about the final decision regarding Omega Sphere until he talks to Lily.
Young and Restless Y&R Recap March 25, 2024:
Lily bumps into Heather at Crimson Lights. Heather greets her and says she’s happy to see her back, but Lily reminds her that she already said that.
She tries to assure Lily that she’s glad to hear things are better with Mattie, but Lily tells her she doesn’t want to talk and heads out to the patio.
Heather Vs. Lily
Heather follows her and insists that things with Daniel weren’t planned, they just happened. Lily doesn’t buy it, though. She thinks Heather saw Daniel become the man she wanted him to be and then wanted him back. Heather admits that’s true, but she’s quick to say that she didn’t just wait until Lily left to get involved with Daniel.
Lily points out that it’s not about the timing of their hook-up, or how much times they had sex it’s also about the fact that they told Lucy and Devon. That was a deal breaker for her.
Lily asserts that she secured a job for Heather, and now faces and now Heather wants to know if she is fired. As Lily heads out, she runs into Daniel, and they merely exchange a few words before she takes off.
Heather tells Daniel that Lily has a sense of feeling let down, both in love and friendship. She really drives home the fact that Lily and Daniel have been tight for a long time. In reply, Daniel says he really wants to keep their friendship going, but he knows it’s all up to Lily in the end.
Chancellor-Winters
Lily heads to the office and Devon can totally tell she’s not her usual self. So, she tells him about her run-in with Heather at Crimson Lights. Devon assures her he’s got her back and will support her in any way he can. He even suggests that maybe it’s time to consider letting go of Omega Sphere and Daniel. Lily admits she’s been thinking about it too.
Then, Devon brings up Heather and Lily confesses that she’s fantasized about telling her to pack up her stuff and take her last paycheck. She knows it’s kind of childish and not the most professional thing to do. Plus, Heather’s a great lawyer and Omega Sphere is doing really well.
Young and Restless Y&R Recap March 25, 2024:
At the Ranch, the gals are all talking about how they had a rough night’s sleep. Claire tells them about her kind of good dream which turned into a nightmare when Jordan showed up. They also talk about how Jordan poisoned herself, and they finally feel like her reign of terror is over.
Nikki, though, admits that she thought she would feel different after facing the woman, but nothing has really changed. Claire wonders if they should’ve had a different ending.
Then Victor shows up and notices that Nikki didn’t come upstairs last night. She tells him that she slept in the guest room. He’s still not happy that they all faced that sociopath alone.
They all agree that they’re torn about how things ended in that basement. Victor is mad that they didn’t leave Jordan to rot, but instead Nikki called 911.
Bummer News
Now, he’s worried that that crazy woman could somehow break out of the hospital if given the chance. He leaves to call the hospital and check on how she’s doing.
Nikki tells the gals that death is too good of an out for Jordan; she should rot in prison. But Claire points out look how that worked out the last time.
Victor comes back with the bummer news that Jordan is getting better and will be sent to maximum security prison when she recovers. He’s still super mad that they didn’t just let her kick the bucket, but Nikki says that’d be too harsh. She reckons a better punishment is a life alone in jail. But Victor’s like, what if she pulls a Houdini like last time?
Young and Restless Y&R Recap March 25, 2024:
Christine meets up with Danny at the GCAC. He compliments her on how amazing she looks, and she mentions that she was thrilled to receive his sweet voicemail.
He asks if she managed to clear her schedule, and she confirms that she freed up a few months to go on tour with him.
However, she has one condition: they have to fly first class. Initially, he’s hesitant, but she gives him an ultimatum, and he finally agrees. She suggests skipping breakfast and getting a room, to which Danny agrees and asks for a minute. Meanwhile, she texts Nina to let her know they can’t meet as planned but promises to fill her in later.
Setting Off An Alarm
Just then, Phyllis shows up and starts throwing shade at Christine, making snarky comments about her being alone and stood up.
Christine plays along, and Phyllis continues by saying she’ll check out Danny’s shows while he’s on tour. Christine receives a text from Danny with the room number, and she tells Phyllis that she’s way off the mark as she heads upstairs.
Upon reaching the room, she finds it decorated with lit candles, creating a romantic ambiance. “Mr. Romalotti, looks like you’re trying to seduce me,” she teases. “That’s the plan,” he replies as they start making out and end up in bed.
Suddenly, Phyllis sneaks upstairs and listens at the door. Without delay, she comes up with a plan and sets off the alarm.
Jordan’s lying in a hospital bed, handcuffed, and she is saying in her mind, that the poison freed her from the basement, that was the whole point, and now she’s got to work out the next part of the plan.
