Belle and Chad had their hearts completely set on jetting off to Italy to get to the bottom of the chessboard mystery once and for all. But Salem drama always has a way of pulling people back in! This week, the duo is forced to pump the brakes on their trip to Rome so they can handle other matters right at home.
Pub Panic: Joy Suffers a Sudden Injury
Meanwhile, other couples are going through it—particularly Alex and Stephanie. Every time Joy calls, Alex keeps running. But this time around, he probably should, because Joy is about to get some devastating news.
Speaking of Joy, she is at the Brady Pub, and so are Javi and Rafe. But something happens to her there. Apparently, she suffers an injury while tending to Kelsey’s prom, and it looks like she may need some medical attention.
In other Salem news, EJ is going to learn that he is not always two steps ahead of everything—particularly when he arrives on location to get Kristen. He, Rita, and the henchman are there, but once he pulls that container, he gets a shocking discovery. When he opens it up, it’s not the sister he expected inside!
Alamainian Agony: Leo and Gwen in Double Trouble
In other parts of town, Cat is about to get some stunning news from Rafe. He updates her, revealing that EJ wasn’t the one who kidnapped Gwen. In fact, it was her ex-husband, Dimitri von Leuschner!
Speaking of Dimitri, he has two guests in Alamainia: Gwen and Leo. And apparently, Joy isn’t the only one going through pain this week… so is Leo. What could have happened to him?
