The Past and Medical Issues
Audra and Holden are sitting on a secret—one they’ve managed to keep from everyone so far. But as any soap fan knows, secrets do not stay buried for long, especially in a town like Genoa City.
This week, however, the duo is forced to confront their past. Whether they’re ready or not, the truth has a way of closing in, and Audra and Holden may soon find themselves with no choice but to face what they’ve been trying to leave behind.
As for Nikki, she’s been dealing with a series of migraine headaches. Naturally, Victoria is worried about her mother and urges her to get checked out.
But Nikki isn’t so sure a doctor visit will change much. In her mind, they’ll likely chalk it up to her MS acting up again. Still, Victoria’s concern is hard to ignore.
Battle lines are drawn. Nick is desperate for Matt Clark to remember the pain he’s inflicted on their lives—especially his own.

Stephanie’s Got Some Big News
Dr. Stephanie Simmons is back in Genoa City. Apparently, the board at Genoa City Memorial Hospital has reached out, as they’re in search of a new Chief of Staff. Her name was in the running, and as she shares the news with Nate, he makes a surprising confession—he was the one who submitted her name.
According to Y&R spoilers for this week, Nate plays a key role in helping Stephanie weigh a difficult decision about her career.
Victoria and Kyle keep crossing paths more and more these days, and fans of the CBS daytime drama can’t help but wonder if the writers are slowly steering them toward a romantic pairing.
Of course, that would come with some serious awkwardness, given that Kyle was recently involved with her daughter. Still, in Genoa City, history has never been much of a roadblock for unexpected connections.
Phyllis Wants to Clear Her Name on Young and Restless
Phyllis has been worried about Nick ever since she learned about his addiction and his near-death experience. That concern has clearly stayed with her.
That said, Phyllis is also on a path to clear her name this week. She’s determined to prove she’s not guilty of the accusations hanging over her, and she’s not about to let anyone or anything stand in her way.
Meanwhile, Diane has gone MIA. She hasn’t been seen at the office, and she’s not been in her room at the GCAC either—so, where is she? Hopefully, this isn’t a case of her being kidnapped.
