When a woman starts to see an 8-year-old version of herself, she realizes something needs to change, when Autumn Reeser (Wedding Veil Trilogy) and Aaron O’Connell (The Haves and The Haves Nots) star in Junebug, a new original movie premiering Saturday, August 3 (8 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel.
When an 8-year-old version of herself starts appearing to her, Juniper (Reeser) begins to realize that her life is not what she had hoped it would be as a child. Young Junebug pushes Juniper to achieve her dreams, to start writing again, and to collaborate with the cute artist Alex (O’Connell) that she recently met. Despite work challenges, she connects with Alex on a personal level and pushes past insecurities about her writing to try and get her life back on-track.
Junebug is from Province Pictures Inc. Antonio Cupo and Autumn Reeser are executive producers. Stephen Harmaty serves as producer. The film is directed by David Weaver from a script by Summer Isreal Johnson.
