Hey, wouldn’t it be a real treat if Alison Sweeney was to decide to return to her role as Sami Brady on ‘Days of Our Lives’? In the latest issue of the Soap Opera Digest magazine, Sweeney spoke about her role in the latest installment of the “Murder, She Baked” movies. She also spoke about if she would return to the NBC daytime show. Although fans would love that, Sweeney is certainly busy with other gigs. Though no plans are currently in place for her return, Sweeney tells SOD: “I mean, I am annoyed with my own campy answer, which is never to say never. I love the show. It’s my home. And if Sami needed to show her face in Salem, they should call me.”
Sweeney played the role of Sami from January 1993 – October 2014 and has since made brief appearances, so would you love to see her back in Salem even if it was just for a visit?
