William “Biff” McGuire has died at the age of 94 according to a statement released on April 1 by Seattle Rep, a theater that McGuire shared a long history with.
McGuire’s career expanded over seven decades working in film, television and stage that included over 30 stage performances at Seattle Rep, appearances in films like Serpico (Al Pacino), The Heart is a Lonely Hunter (Alan Arkin) and The Thomas Crown Affair (Steve McQueen) as well as appearances in popular television shows such as Frasier, JAG and ER.
He was also no stranger daytime and was on Santa Barbara (Pop MacLaughlin), 1985), Search for Tomorrow (Don McKay, 1980) and All My Children (Harry Flax, 1972-73.)
McGuire is survived by his wife, two children and two grandchildren.
