Soap opera fans will remember the lovely Kathryn Hays from As the World Turns where she played Kim Hughes from 1972 to the show’s end in 2010. Hays, who is now 86, has been honored with a star on the sidewalk of Princeton’s Walk of Fame outside the Apollo Theater. The ceremony celebrated the actresses incredible career that has spanned over five decades.
Hays told BCRNews, “They’re very kind to include me. I’m very touched by this.”
Although she spent the majority of her career being the heart of ATWT, she has also made some memorable appearances in shows like Bonanza, Star Trek, Guiding Light and Law & Order: SVU.
