In today’s recap of The Bold and the Beautiful for April 7, 2023: Hope creates a romantic night to set things right with Liam. Taylor shuts down Thomas’s concern that Ridge will go back to Brooke.
Hope informs Brooke that she won’t be able to attend the dinner with Ridge and her any longer. What’s wrong, Brooke questions. Hope claims it is unimportant. When Ridge finally arrives, he asks Brooke where everyone is. He is informed by Brooke that there will only be the two of them because the others had to cancel.
Brooke and Ridge are having fun eating. They cheer each other for getting Sheila out of their lives at last. Ridge receives an update from Brooke on all he missed while away. They both agree that Thomas has changed. The two reflect on life with RJ. They share some laughs and stroll down memory lane. Ridge says that it’s getting late. He offers to lock up while Brooke goes to bed. They hug and almost kiss. Brooke tells Ridge goodnight and heads upstairs.
Brooke returns downstairs in her lingerie and is stunned to see Ridge still there. Ridge admires her lingerie and says “Lucky sheets“. Brooke tells Ridge she wants to honor her pact with Taylor.

Hope comes home and creates a romantic ambiance. When Liam enters, he asks her what’s going on. She claims she wants to make amends with him. They recapitulate the events at Forrester. Hope expresses her want to spend the evening making it up to him.
Hope gets a call from Thomas. She decides to silence her phone and ignore it. Liam and Hope get hot and heavy as she fantasizes about Thomas and keeps it a secret from her husband.
Taylor asks Steffy how she really feels about Finn saving Sheila’s life. Steffy notes that Finn had to do it. Taylor, Thomas and Steffy understand why Ridge had to be MIA for a while. Taylor informs them that Ridge is having dinner with Brooke. She is unaware that Hope and Liam won’t be there anymore and it will just be Ridge and his ex-wife.
