In today’s recap of The Bold and the Beautiful for March 15, 2023: Deacon gets in his feelings as he listens to Wyatt and Liam discuss Sheila. Sheila freaks, believing Bill is aware of her secret affair with Deacon.

Finn and Steffy get hot and steamy at home. He has to go to the hospital and she has to go to work. As they discuss the developments at Forrester Creations, she wonders how Liam took Hope’s news. Steffy notes that Hope has a bit of an attraction to Thomas and worries that it may be a problem in the future now that they will be working together again. Finn asks her if she is sure that it’s a good idea to bring Thomas back to the line. They also talk about the threat of Sheila Carter.

At Il Giardino, Wyatt and Liam talk with Deacon about Thomas’ return to Hope’s line. They also discuss Bill’s relationship with Sheila. Deacon steps aside and reflects on his last rendezvous with Sheila.

Bill explains to Sheila that he loves them as a couple. He declares his love for her and explains that neither she nor anyone else can make him stop. Bill tells Sheila that she doesn’t need to be afraid, to be honest with him as he discusses all the awful things he’s done in the past. He affirms her ability to put her trust in him. She claims that she is still in awe of their continued relationship. He wants her to share her darkest, most terrifying secret with him because he can handle it. She thinks back on some of her sinful actions.
She invites him to go have dinner on the beach but he notes that he is unavailable because he has an important meeting with a client who has flown in from Europe. She says, “Let’s do Malibu tomorrow night” and kisses her then leaves.
Sheila calls Deacon to tell her that she worries that Bill has a feeling about them. Elsewhere, Bill goes to meet with Ridge and they reveal they are partners working to get Sheila Carter behind bars once and for all.
