Taking the fashion throne this week is none other than Vail Bloom (Heather Stevens, The Young and the Restless), who has been crowned as Soap Opera News’ best-dressed star of the week.
Although Vail Blooms’ character, Heather Stevens, only appeared in a few scenes this week, her presence was impactful. While engaging in conversation with Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) at the GCAC, she sported a stylish black top with a pearl inset neckline, perfectly complemented by white pants.
Heather’s top is the Annalee Faux Pearl Embellished Sleeveless Top by Alice + Olivia, and Vail Bloom was looking absolutely stunning! We couldn’t resist choosing her as the best-dressed star of the week. A huge congrats and thumbs up to hair, make-up and wardrobe department at The Young and the Restless for their part in this look.
