Kelly Monaco knows how to stun! The actress was looking fabulous, to say the least, this past week as Sam McCall on General Hospital.
Sam was spotted wearing a wrap-sash white culotte (pants). The high waist design featured side pockets and a high-quality overall material blend. Sam also wore a black longsleeved turtleneck blouse that went totally well with her pants and a pair of black shoes that inspired a sense of glamor and confidence in modern-day women’s wear.
She was stunning! She was elegant! She looked amazing beautiful hence we chose her as the best-dressed star of the week! Congrats Kelly!
