It’s only episode 3 and Beyond the Gates is already turning it up! The music? Epic! The sets? Fancy! The drama? Oh boy, it’s better than expected! But seriously, viewers are buzzing like crazy about the jaw-dropping mid-week cliffhanger that left us all with more questions than answers; particularly, what is Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) up to now? This character is already getting compared to Sheila Carter, the queen of craziness for her many years of The Bold and the Beautiful (and sometimes The Young and the Restless)!
In the February 26 episode, after facing off against her snaky ex, Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett), Dani (Karla Mosley) managed to squeeze in a super quick catch-up with her BFF Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) before getting summoned for a very serious family meeting. Meanwhile, Martin (Brandon Claybon) had nightmares and it’s clear he and his parents must be hiding something juicy!
What Happened Today on Beyond the Gates
With Bill blackmailing the Dupree matriarch – Vernon (Clifton Davis) and Anita (Tamara Tunie) came up with a plan! They’re so rattled they agreed to make the entire family show up to Bill and Hayley’s (Marquita Goings) wedding and even get the community of Fiarmont Crest to do the same.
And poor Laura (Destiny Love)? She was just cruising in her car when someone decided to play a game of Get Her Off the Road! It was a fiery crash! But who’s behind that madness? Next thing we see is a figure waltzing into a building, dropping their keys, removing a helmet, and smooching it like it’s an obsession—surprise, it’s Leslie!
