The Young and the Restless star Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) sold his Pacific Palisades home for $5.4 million and purchased a beautiful new estate in Westlake Village for $3.295 million according to The Daily Press which also provided photos of the actor’s new property. His new home is anyone’s desire as it abuts the golf course of the Lake Sherwood Country Club with 6,000 square feet of interior space. The building contains the main floor, a formal living and dining room, beautiful kitchen, office and family room, with a terrace mountain view. In all there are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
