Carter Has Another Plan
Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) may be a good attorney and a valuable employee at Forrester Creations, but is Carter really as good at keeping secrets as he thinks he is?
So far, he has certainly been good at covering things up.
Every time something threatens to expose what happened between him and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Carter finds another way to keep it buried. Now he has another problem to deal with: Steffy may be ready to tell Finn (Tanner Novlan) the truth.
Now he’s making another passionate plea to Steffy.
He wants her to get on board with his latest plan to make sure their secret never comes out.
Carter clearly believes this is the best way forward.
But Steffy may not be so sure anymore. That’s the big question.
Steffy knows what happened between them, and now she has a pregnancy to deal with. She also knows that Finn has no idea there could be another man involved in the baby’s paternity.
Keeping that secret may have seemed possible before.
It gets much harder when there is a baby involved.
Carter can promise Steffy that his plan will solve everything, but she has to live with the consequences if they continue keeping Finn in the dark.
And she may finally be starting to question whether that’s something she can do.
Finn Is Trying to Help Steffy
Meanwhile, B&B spoilers for September 16 tease that Finn struggles to ease Steffy’s pain.
Steffy clearly hasn’t been herself since the whole Monaco situation. Finn sees that.
What he doesn’t see is the real reason she may be struggling.
Finn could easily chalk up Steffy’s emotional state to everything that happened in Monaco, especially with Sheila being such a major source of trouble.
As far as Finn is concerned, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is the problem.
He has no idea that his wife is carrying a much bigger secret.
