Get ready for another casting change as Chris McKenna steps in while Charles Mesure is leaving the role of Jack Brennan on General Hospital, per Soap Opera Digest.

According to SOD, a spokesperson for the show confirmed the news, “Charles Mesure opted to exit the role of Brennan. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

Charles Mesure made his General Hospital debut in the role of Jack Brennan on December 1, 2023. His last airdate was January 30th in his scenes with Laura Wright’s Carly. Look for soap vet, Chris McKenna, who is known for his roles on The Young and the Restless and One Life to Live, to make his debut on February 4, 2025.

Chris McKenna is known for playing Joey Buchanan on OLTL, Mark Harding on Y&R and Dr. Hayden on The Bold and the Beautiful.

  2. The only reason I wanted Carly to be with Jack -Charles was he was sweet and sexy. They should have just have him exit. Nothing bad about replacement as acting. I liked him on OLTL. 😢
