- Al Calderon is set to make his debut on October 28. Among the cast list on the FAQ section for the upcoming Day of Days event next month, his character name is listed as Javi.
- Patrick Darbo makes her return as Nancy Wesley during the week of October 21
- AlexAnn Hopkins is set to make her debut as Joy Wesley during the week of October 21.
- Susan Seaforth Hayes and Madelyn Kientz are on contract now as Julie and Sophia.

- Parry Shen is on screen next week as Brad Cooper
- Cassandra James is on as Terry Randolph
- Van Hansis, who is now playing Lucas Jones is so far appearing on a recurring basis.
- Scott Reeves is set to make his return as Steven Lars Webber on October 24.
- Judy Kain is the actress portraying the role of Elaine, the PI who was tailing Carly Spencer.
- Jackson Mercado appeared on General Hospital this week as Principal Ford.
- Robert Gossett has exited the show as Marshall Ashford.

- Minita Gandhi is playing Shandra, the spiritual healer sharing scenes with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor (Rebecca Budig).
