Congratulations are in order for The Young and the Restless alum Vail Bloom who played the role of Heather Stevens from 2007 – 2010. Bloom welcomed her first child, a daughter whom she named Charlie Grace. Bloom wrote, “Welcome to the world Charlie Olivia Grace • 7lbs 12 oz • You are my everything.” See her beautiful daughter below!
