Darin Brooks, known for his role as Wyatt in The Bold and the Beautiful, is poised to make a comeback in the upcoming Blue Mountain State sequel series, as reported by Deadline.
Blue Mountain State is primed for a remarkable return with a much-anticipated sequel to the beloved 2010 comedy series. Alan Ritchson is set to reprise his iconic role as Kevin “Thad” Castle. Darin Brooks and Chris Romano are also expected to return. As negotiations for the project’s platform continue, both Amazon and Netflix are emerging as strong contenders. Created by Chris Romano and Eric Falconer, the series immerses viewers in the fictional world of Blue Mountain State University and its football team, the Mountain Goats. It intricately weaves together the experiences of three freshmen as they navigate college life, grappling with football, relationships, academics, and the challenges of hazing. The original series achieved cult status, and a subsequent movie was released in 2016.

Darin Brooks starred as Alex Moran in the series. He began his acting career in high school. He later pursued acting classes, modeling, and work as an extra in films. Brooks moved to Los Angeles, where he joined Ivana Chubbuck Studios, got an agent, and auditioned for soap operas. Later, he was cast as Max Brady on “Days of Our Lives”. He also starred on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” where he played Wyatt Spencer. After a decade on the show, it was revealed that he was leaving and was last seen on the show on January 19, 2024.
