Days of Our Lives alum, John Gabriel has passed away at the age of 90.

Gabriel’s death was announced on Instagram by his daughter, actress Andrea Gabriel. She wrote, “It is with an unspeakably heavy heart that I share the news of my father’s passing. John Gabriel was my hero, my role model, and my champion, but above all, my daddy. … I will love you forever.”

Gabriel is known for playing Teddy Holmes on General Hospital from 1972 – 1973, Zack Conway on Loving, Dr. Seneca Beaulac on Ryan’s Hope, Vic Reynolds on Generations, Lloyd Bennett on The Bold and the Beautiful and Pete LeGrand on Days of Our Lives in 2002.
