Former Days of Our Lives star, Marie Wilson recently lost her father. At the age of 69, her dad passed away on December 4, 2017. Wilson is best known to daytime viewers for her roles as; Bree Tjaden and Summer Townsend on ‘Days’, Meg Snyder on ‘As the World Turns’ and Karen on ‘General Hospital’ and ‘Port Charles’.
Wilson took to social media to share the sad news, “My heart feels so heavy as I write this…I will miss your lighthearted spirit and the love and laughter you brought into our lives. So grateful to have all the beautiful memories that will be celebrated and never forgotten. Thank you for being my dad…..LOVE YOU ALWAYS DAD (December 28, 1938-December 4, 2017).” Our thoughts and prayers are with Wilson and family during this very difficult time.
