Camila Banus (Gabi Hernandez, Days Of Our Lives) had a
launch party this past Saturday for her new event planning company, Lucky Me
Events!
Banus’ launch party was held in North Hollywood, California
and there was a tea & bingo-themed brunch.
Some of her DOOL co-stars were in attendance: Victoria Konefal (Ciara),
Sal Stowers (Lani), and Marci Miller (Abigail).
Banus, Konefal, Stowers, and some of Banus’ other party guests/friends
shared some pictures and videos from the launch party on their Instagram
stories. The table was set with
beautiful pastel-colored china & napkins and white flowers as centerpieces
which helped the pastel colors pop. The
desserts (ex: cupcakes and muffins) were tiered alongside a floral printed
teapot which added to the aesthetic.
What’s brunch without rose wine?
Banus had that covered with a hit amongst her friends: wine glasses that
had pink cotton candy in them that dissolved when rose wine was poured into the
glass! The wine bottles had wine labels
that said, “Love you bunches” (though I’m slightly disappointed it didn’t have
the pun – “Love you brunches”). Banus
continued to show that she’s on top of the latest party trends by having a
donut wall. If you’re not familiar with
donut walls; they are typically stand-up boards with pegs that donuts can hang
from and guests can take them off the “donut wall”. Banus also made sure to include tea party
staples such as scones and macarons (and the macarons really POPPED in
color!). Banus also got to showcase Lucky
Me Events’ logo: a red, stenciled rose with the name of the company in a beautiful,
scripted font. What a fun, creative-themed party and her guests looked like they had a fabulous time!
