Days of our Lives Recap March 12, 2024: Today on Days of our Lives – John, Steve and Ava try to save Tripp and Wendy’s lives as Rafe and Harris arrive on the scene. Ava offers to take care of Harris. Brady picks Sarah’s brain about comas. EJ and Nicole catch Tate with Holly.
Days of our Lives Recap Today, March 12, 2024:
While on his way to the gym, Brady runs into Sarah in the town square and decides to pick her brain on comas. He wants to know if a coma could affect Holly’s memories. Because of patient confidentiality, Sarah explains that she is not at liberty to discuss that. However, on a general level, while not a neurologist, she explains that people in a coma can be affected by memory loss, short-term or long-term.
Tate Is Arrested!
At the DiMera mansion, Tate is like, begging Holly to tell the truth about the drugs so he can get out of trouble. And then EJ storms in and is totally shocked to see Tate. They all try to explain, but EJ wants to call the cops.
Tate keeps saying he’s innocent and just wanted to check on Holly. But EJ’s not backing down, and then Nicole shows up, asking what’s the commotion about. And when she finds out Tate broke into the mansion, she calls Brady to come over.
When Brady arrives, it’s total chaos. He’s pleading with them not to involve the police because his son was just trying to prove he’s innocent. EJ is super mad, saying Tate broke in to get Holly to lie for him. He claims Tate gave Holly the drugs and caused her OD. Holly tries to speak up for Tate but faints suddenly. EJ rushes her upstairs while Nicole follows, and the cops arrest Tate.

Upstairs, Holly is revived and begs her parents not to send Tate to jail, saying he didn’t do anything wrong. Nicole suggests Holly gets some rest and they’ll talk in the morning. As Nicole and EJ leave the room, Holly flashes back to New Year’s Eve with the drugs and her talk with Tate. She also remembers Tate asking her to tell the truth.
Meanwhile, downstairs Tate wishes there was another way, promising to do better at his halfway house. But his dad explains the cops are going take him in, and they leave with him.
After finding Tripp and Wendy, John and Steve bust their butts trying to bring them back while Ava calls the cops. Rafe and Harris show up at the scene with their guns out. Wendy comes back to life and starts fretting about Tripp. Then Steve manages to find a pulse from Tripp, who starts calling Wendy his wife.

Later, Rafe gets a call from Jada tipping him off that Clyde escaped from the prison. They immediately start wondering who would help him and suspect it could be Goldman.
They all head to the hospital where Wendy and Tripp are being looked after. Sarah updates them that Tripp will pull through, and she lets Steve and Ava visit their son. Meanwhile, Sarah gives John the green light to visit Wendy. Sarah tells Harris she needs to check him out, so she lets him go see Wendy and promises to check on him after.
Ava and Steve are by their son’s hospital bed, and Tripp’s just relieved to finally be able to be in a real bed.
Meanwhile, John, Harris, and Rafe swing by Wendy’s hospital room, and she’s all grateful to be alive, giving major props to the guys for saving her and Tripp. Rafe starts grilling her about what went down, and she tells him about Officer Goldman being the one who snatched them.

They also chat about Wendy’s slick move of using sign language to drop a hint in the video Goldman made Tripp shoot. Rafe’s impressed but says if Ava had shared the video with the cops earlier, they would’ve found them way sooner.
Rafe Is Suspicious of Ava!
Wendy tells him not to blame at Ava, because Officer Goldman made her promise not to loop in the cops. Then Rafe adds that if he finds out Ava had a hand in Clyde’s escape, she’s in deep trouble. Harris asks where’s this coming from, and Rafe think things are too fishy that Clyde escaped just as they found Wendy and Tripp.
Later, Sarah chats with Harris and she mentions how Xander is totally taking the fall for something he didn’t even do.
John fills Steve in about Rafe being suspicious of Ava after Clyde’s prison break. He notes that Rafe is about to start digging, and somehow that digging is going to come back to bite them. John says they let the devil out of jail and only God knows what’s going to happen next.

Then there’s Harris who checks in with Rafe. He’s all ready to head back to the station, but Rafe tells him to go home and get some rest.
Sarah catches up with Tripp to see how he’s doing, and he tells her he will feel so much better if he could see Wendy, if someone could take him to her. Sarah says she has a better idea as she rolls Wendy in on a wheelchair.
Ava runs into Harris, who’s all grateful for her being there while he was shot and knocked out. She suggests that she can take care of him while he’s recovering from that gunshot wound.
