Theo Struggles With a Secret He Can’t Share
Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) can barely function these days.
A huge secret is weighing on him, so much so that he stepped down as CEO of DiMera Enterprises. Even at the latest trivia night in Salem, he was completely off his game.
It’s all because of one thing he can’t stop thinking about: his mother is alive.
The problem is, he can’t tell anyone. At least not yet, and definitely not his father. So instead, he turns to the one person he trusts to help him process it all, Salem’s famous psychiatrist, Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
Marlena is in for a shock when Theo drops the bombshell: Lexie (Nikki Crawford) is alive.
Paulina Vents, Kristen Argues, and More
Meanwhile, Paulina (Jackee Harry) is also carrying the weight of this secret, and she’s not handling it well.
She’s frustrated, especially with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). After everything he’s done, she feels like he’s the reason she’s stuck in this position. That frustration seems to spill over, and she’s going to vent to Belle (Martha Madison). But will she come clean about what’s really bothering her?
Elsewhere, things take a lighter turn for a moment as Gwen (Emily O’Brien) and Xander (Paul Telfer) share a playful, love-dovey morning.
But the peace doesn’t last long.
Days spoilers for April 16 also reveal that EJ and Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) clash yet again. And at this point, it’s becoming a pattern.
At the same time, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) tries to surprise Stephanie (Abigail Klein), but it doesn’t go the way he hoped. He’s been doing his best to support her after the kidnapping ordeal, but things between them have been rocky at best.
Will these two ever find their footing again?
