Bonnie’s (Judi Evans) book is stirring up a whole lot of drama in Salem these days. Johnny (Carson Boatman) thought he scored a big win with it, but that’s starting to look questionable.
Once Kate (Lauren Koslow) points out that the book is almost a replica of Stephanie’s (Abigail Klein) One Stormy Night, things could get messy fast. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Bonnie’s One Rainy Afternoon is really stirring the pot, and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) will be more than happy when his son comes to him for help.
Their relationship has been rocky lately, but this situation could change things, at least for EJ. This is exactly the kind of moment he’s been waiting for. And after coming through for Johnny and Chanel (Raven Bowens) at the adoption hearing, EJ might just be the perfect person to turn to.
Bonnie’s Confidence Could Be Her Downfall
Meanwhile, Bonnie still believes in her book. She was thrilled when Johnny made her an offer, but things are not going as smoothly as she expected. Once Justin (Wally Kurth) takes a look, he’ll also notice the similarities to Stephanie’s work. He urges Bonnie to see reason, but whether she listens is another story.
Elsewhere, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) asks Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) for a favor, but it’s not clear if she’ll be up for it. This whole book drama could end up being good luck for Titan. The question is whether Maggie sees it that way.
Business and Questions Heat Up Around Salem
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) sit down to talk business. Gabi is focused on running Gabi Chic, while Theo is handling DiMera Enterprises, so there’s plenty to discuss. For Gabi, it may be strictly business, but Theo could be seeing things a little differently.
Days spoilers for April 2 also tease that Chanel questions Paulina (Jackee Harry). Paulina clearly has a lot on her mind, but she can’t tell her daughter everything just yet. That doesn’t stop Chanel from trying to get answers.
