What happens next on Days of Our Lives: Ava (Tamara Braun) is in cahoots with Clyde (James Read) and fears her secret coming out. She is trying to protect her son at all costs and keep her dealings with Clyde hidden from Harris. Ava doesn’t want to go back to prison and worries that Harris may have found out about her involvement in Clyde’s drug smuggling operation. The fear of getting caught is overwhelming to her, and she is concerned that her worst nightmare may become a reality.

As Ava worries about her secret being exposed, Stefan (Brandon Barash) seeks a way out and believes that Clyde should be eliminated. He turns to EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) for assistance. Will his brother help him? Additionally, Leo (Greg Rikaart) conveys his escalating blackmail demands to Sloan (Jessica Serfaty).
After checking into the hospital with Chanel (Raven Bowens) by her side, Paulina (Jackee Harry) receives a diagnosis from Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), which may finally provide some clarity about her health condition. Meanwhile, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) finds Holly (Ashley Puzemis) dealing with a hangover. Later, Nicole and Holly spend some quality time with Eric (Greg Vaughan) and baby Jude, reminiscing about old times as they take a walk down memory lane.
