Jennifer Calls a Truce
Who would have thought the day would ever come when Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) could actually see eye to eye?
Jennifer has never been a fan of Cat, and it is not hard to understand why. Cat came to town pretending to be Jennifer’s daughter, who had supposedly returned from the dead. That is not exactly something a mother just gets over overnight.
Still, time has a way of changing things.
As the tension slowly fades, Jennifer seems more willing to move forward. Maybe seeing Jack’s (Matthew Ashford) mission to be a better father to Gwen (Emily O’Brien) has helped push her in that direction. Whatever the reason, Jennifer ends up proposing a truce to Cat.
And knowing Cat, she will probably welcome it with open arms.
EJ Warns Johnny About Tony’s Plan
Meanwhile, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) has important news for Johnny (Carson Boatman).
EJ recently learned that Tony (Thaao Penghlis) is planning to unseat Johnny at DiMera Enterprises. Tony even offered Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) the CEO position, which is currently Johnny’s role at the company.
Naturally, EJ does not want his son caught off guard, so he fills Johnny in on everything that is happening behind the scenes.
While Johnny deals with that growing drama, Chanel (Raven Bowens) is focused on something different. She is about to receive her biopsy results, and the moment could change everything for her and Johnny.
Elsewhere in Salem, Days spoilers for May 26 say Xander (Paul Telfer) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) are forced to acknowledge some hard truths. At the same time, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) bond!
