Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, October 22, 2026, reveal that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) is determined to find the evidence Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) needs to fight her lawsuit, but keeping tabs on George O’Halloran (Michael Rose) could lead to an unexpected discovery.
Meanwhile, Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) is ready to open his heart to Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) extends an invitation to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) stands by Chanel (Raven Bowens) as she prepares for her scheduled lumpectomy.
Here’s what to expect tomorrow on Days of our Lives.
Steve’s Investigation
Steve is hard at work trying to get answers. When he is not investigating Dominic Marino (Kyle Pryor), he is focused on getting the truth so Sarah can be free of her ugly lawsuit. To that end, he is keeping a close eye on George O’Halloran.
Steve knows that George was the one who made it look like Sarah tried to destroy evidence from the hospital server. To do this, George used a laptop. If Steve can get his hands on that computer, he may finally find the proof needed to expose what really happened.
That’s why he’s keeping such a close eye on George. Steve knows that one wrong move could give George a chance to cover his tracks, so he’ll need to be careful.
However, the investigation may take an unexpected turn. Could Steve stumble across a secret while watching George’s every move?
Javi Is Ready to Tell Leo How He Feels
Meanwhile, Javi has experienced plenty of ups and downs in his love life lately. One minute things are working out, and the next minute they are not. For now, however, things seem to be back on track for him and Leo. Good for him! With everything going smoothly, Javi is finally ready to admit his true feelings to Leo.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for October 22 also tease that Theo extends an invitation to EJ. Plus, Johnny and Chanel prepare for her scheduled lumpectomy. The appointment comes after Chanel recently rang the bell, an emotional milestone in her cancer treatment journey. Now, this next step brings its own set of concerns as the couple faces another major moment together.
