Paulina Price Carver (Jackee Harry) is carrying a secret that could completely blow up her entire world.

And she knows it.

Paulina recently learned that Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) is alive. That alone is huge news, but the situation is far more complicated than it sounds.

The problem is EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). If Paulina reveals the truth, EJ is prepared to tell Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) that she ruined their chances at a life-changing miracle.

It’s an impossible position for Paulina to be in. She wants to tell the truth, but doing so could destroy everything. The weight of that secret is starting to become too much for her to carry alone.

So she turns to someone she trusts. Her daughter, Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens).

Will Chanel have the advice her mother desperately needs?

EJ Praises Johnny

Meanwhile, EJ shares an unexpected moment with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).

Spoilers tease that EJ compliments his son, and that could be about a couple of things. It may be related to the work Johnny has been doing at DiMera Enterprises.

Then again, it could also have something to do with Johnny’s growing family.

Either way, it’s not every day that EJ hands out praise, so the moment is sure to catch Johnny’s attention.

A Sweet Moment for Xander and Sarah

Elsewhere in Salem, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) share another sweet moment together.

Lately, the two have been finding ways to connect again, and fans have noticed. In fact, things have been going well enough that they were even able to make an important decision regarding custody of their daughter.

For now, it seems they’re in a good place.

Steve and Brady Wonder about Jeremy

Back in the middle of the kidnapping drama, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) begin questioning what they believe about Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark).

Up to this point, the evidence has pointed directly at Jeremy as the kidnapper. But suddenly, things aren’t adding up the way they once did.

That doubt could lead them closer to the real truth.

Stephanie Plays Along With Her Stalker

As for Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), she decides to take a risky approach.

Stephanie hatches a plan and starts playing along with her stalker, Owen (Wes Ramsey). She hopes that by making him believe she’s finally giving in, she can gain the upper hand.

It’s a dangerous move, but Stephanie is hoping it will work.

How long can she keep up the act before things spiral out of control?
