However, things aren’t going quite as smoothly for Stephanie and Alex! A frustrated Stephanie confronts Alex. She makes it clear that their current dynamic isn’t working anymore. “We cannot go on with how things have been going,” she tells him. “What are you saying?” she asks. Is this the official end of the road for the couple?
Over at Marlena’s office, Cat undergoes another revealing hypnotherapy session as Doc tries to draw out her suppressed memories. “You are at the clinic now,” Marlena guides her, attempting to uncover exactly what transpired between Cat and EJ during their mysterious time in Italy.
EJ’s Cover-Up & Theo’s Emotional Goodbye
Speaking of EJ, the DiMera patriarch is in full damage-control mode at the mansion! Spotted pacing on the phone, EJ barks strict orders at the person on the other end to get to George immediately and make sure he keeps a lid on the “coriseal situation.”
Finally, in one of the week’s most heartbreaking moments, an emotional Theo reads the final letter his mother, Lexie Carver, left behind for him to open after her death.
