Clearly, there’s more going on with Marlena (Deidre Hall) than meets the eye. Since John’s death and the funeral, nothing has really been the same. She’s been having this recurring dream about the Queen of the Night, and she’s also been dealing with dizzy spells and other strange symptoms that make it obvious something isn’t right. But what is it?
For now, the doctors aren’t exactly sure, but Susan (Stacy Haiduk) thinks she has an idea. She swears that whatever is going on with Dr. Evans has gotten worse. Has it really? This latest dream leaves Marlena seriously shaken. As spoilers put it, she’s being tormented by them.
Brady Updates Tate
Meanwhile, Days spoilers for September 2 confirm that Brady (Eric Martsolf) will update Tate (Leo Howard) on his little investigation. After Sophia (Rachel Boyd) referred to the baby as a “he,” Brady felt it wasn’t something to just let slide. In fact, connecting a few dots raised some red flags, so he decided to get Steve (Stephen Nichols) involved. That led him to Patsy McGowan (Eva La Dare).
So far, Patsy has confirmed everything Sophia said, but is Brady convinced enough to let it go? We’ll find out soon enough.
Days Spoilers: Melinda Tries to Calm Sophia
Speaking of Sophia, Melinda (Tina Huang) calls her to fill her in on what’s been going on behind her back. Sophia realizes she made a slip that sent Brady down a sleuthing path. Naturally, she’s worried, but Melinda tries to assure her that everything is going to be fine and will go according to plan.
Chad Confesses His True Feelings
Also happening in Tuesday’s episode: Chad (Billy Flynn) finally confesses his feelings for Cat (AnnaLynne McCord). He’s been trying to ignore it for a while, but he can’t deny there’s a spark between them. And kissing her? That seals the deal.
Are these two ready to see it through? Ready to put a label on it—boyfriend and girlfriend, maybe? Maybe not just yet. But soon enough?
