Days of Our Lives Spotlight: Keeping Up With James Lastovic!

Happy Sunday fans and thanks for checking in to today’s spotlight. As seen in the picture above we are focusing on James Lastovic who departed his role as Joey Johnson on ‘Days of Our Lives’ last year. Many viewers still wish he was a part of the cast but at this point, a return does not seem to be happening at least not right now. However, fans can gear up to see Lastovic elsewhere.


A new comedy series will soon hit Netflix and Lastovic is a part of the cast. “Insatiable” which is scheduled for release sometime this year focuses on a disgraced, dissatisfied civil lawyer turned beauty pageant coach who takes on a vengeful, bullied teenager as his client and has no idea what he’s about to unleash upon the world. Lastovic plays the role of Christian in this upcoming series created by Lauren Gussis and directed by Andrew Fleming. He will appear in at least 9 episodes of the upcoming 13 for the 1st season.


Lastovic has also been booked for the role of Rob Patterson in the upcoming short film titled, “The Doghouse” which should hopefully be released this year. The film is directed by Andrew Houston and written by Lastovic and Houston. Apart from acting, Lastovic also continues to blossom in his real-life romance with former ‘Days’ co-star Paige Searcy (ex-Jade Michaels).
