Salem is turning up the drama like never before! For years, Days of our Lives has captivated fans with thrilling plot twists that have kept them on the edge of their seats. The show recently celebrated its 59th anniversary, and it’s gearing up for an even bigger milestone—its 60th anniversary next year. Adding to the excitement is another remarkable achievement—the show’s 15,000th episode, which is set to air on Monday, December 2, 2024.

Fans can expect a host of familiar faces returning, which is guaranteed to put a smile on their faces—but be sure to have your hankies and expect some tearjerker moments too. Next week’s episodes will honor Bill Hayes and his iconic character Doug Williams, who dies on-screen this week, following Hayes’ passing earlier this year. Expect to see Stephen Schnetzer as Steve Olson, Maree Cheetham as Marie Horton, Gloria Loring as Liz Chandler, Victoria Konefal as Ciara, and Brandon Beemer as Shawn and much more returning for the emotional episodes ahead.
Monday December 2: Marlena will be taken aback when Liz Chandler appears on her doorstep, Julie will be astonished by an unexpected visitor, and Jennifer and Lucas will have a heartfelt reunion with Shawn and Ciara.

Since premiering on NBC on November 8, 1965, the show has won 62 Emmy® Awards and made Daytime history with Dick Van Dyke’s guest star win.
