She’s probably one of the most hardworking woman and one of the most recognized daytime actresses to date and that’s because of her amazing talent and her work on a number of daytime soap operas. We speak of none other than daytime fan favorite, Cady McClain who has now joined a new and upcoming series titled “Switch”.The upcoming drama which is in pre-production stages is filmed in New York and will also star; Stavroula Toska, Olympia Dukakis, and Katie Maguire. Its first season is expected to have 8 episodes for which McClain is listed for two as Samantha.
Fans will remember McClain during her days as Dixie Cooney Martin on ‘All My Children’ or as Rosanna Cabot on ‘As the World Turns’ or even more recently as Kelly Andrews on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Of late, her focus has been on her documentary “Seeing is Believing: Women Direct” for which has won several awards in recent times. “Switch” will make its premiere sometime in 2018, so be on the lookout for more news on that.

Switch makes it’s premiere on August 23. McClain is now listed as a Director and her real-life husband, Jon Lindstrom (Ryan/Kevin, General Hospital) will play the role of Dr. Dickson.
