General Hospital actress, Kimberly McCullough’s (Robin Scorpio-Drake) son, Otis is celebrating his first birthday today. Last year this time, McCullough had revealed that she gave birth to her son on June 7, 2017 by saying, “Baby Otis was born today June 7th.
