General Hospital Recap August 10, 2023: Eddie and Mason Fight!

Spoilers for General Hospital on August 10, 2023: Maxie gets an enticing offer. Trina and Curtis reconnect. Portia leans on Marshall for support. Anna and Dante work through a theory. Kristina impresses Alexis.

General Hospital Episode Recap August 10, 2023:  

Sam brings wine and ice cream to Maxie’s. She updates Sam on her kids’ whereabouts and they chat about living arrangements. James and Georgie start fighting, and Maxie separates them. Later, they discuss Sasha’s sudden breakdown and catch up on family news.

Marshall returns home to find Trina is back, but she has run out. Portia reassures Marshall that they need him now more than ever, and Curtis will need his and Trina’s support. Marshall encourages Portia to move on and focus on the future. He thinks Curtis will need all of them in order to move forward.

 

Trina asks Finn for help seeing her father before he goes to rehab. Finn can’t help, but Trina reminds him that he would want someone to help Violet. In Curtis’s room, Liz checks on him and sees he’s going to rehab tomorrow. Curtis reflects on his future as a paraplegic. Later, Trina visits Curtis to apologize for taking sides after he kissed Jordan. They reconcile and embrace. Finn gets a call about a patient and orders an OR.

At Alexis’ home, she finds Kristina watching TV with a beauty mask. Kristina explains she lost her internet, so she came here to watch a show. Alexis asks her to text before visiting. Kristina laughs and explains she didn’t expect her to be out this late. After changing, Alexis tells Kristina about going to the axe-throwing place, and how it was really exhilarating. Kristina has brought some books on business management from Sam. Alexis asks her why she brought them and thinks Kristina planned to burn them. Kristina swears she wasn’t going to burn them, and Sam was right when she told her she needed to learn about logistics and planning. Alexis gloats she heard her just say her sister was right and Kristina can’t take it back. Kristina says Sam was right, and the books have been helpful. Kristina says the gift makes her feel that Sam cares about her.

Dante visits Anna late at night and she informs him about a defense contract company called Pikeman that may be linked to the shooting case. Anna explains that Valentin, who used to work for the WSB, was recruited by Pikeman and had seen a folio with the Pikeman logo in an agent’s office. She suspects that the WSB could be using Pikeman to further their own agenda. Dante offers to investigate, while someone continues to lurk outside in the bushes.

Carly meets Eddie Maine. She says that she hears he’s staying at the Quartermaines. He claims he was with Sonny but thought he was impeding his style because his hot fiancée Nina was also present. While Eddie and Carly get acquainted, Mason comes and tells Olivia that she appears lonely. She tries to let Mason know she isn’t interested, but he won’t listen. She shoves Mason off of her as he puts his hands on her. Ned comes to her defense and he and Mason get into a fight. Carly takes a bottle and plucks Mason over the head until he drops to the ground.
