General Hospital Recap March 12, 2024: Today on GH – Drew confronts Carly. Jason asks for a favor. Sam is emotional. Finn assesses Heather. Natalia surprises Blaze.
General Hospital Recap March 12, 2024
Sam is still there, keeping watch by Dante’s bedside. She wishes this was just a bad dream, but it’s real. She cannot comprehend how Sonny told her that Jason might be behind this. Laura comes in and tries to be there for Sam, letting her know she can talk to her.
Sam confesses she’s at a loss for words, with all these thoughts swirling around in her head. She can’t make sense of anything. She opens up about the voices in her head, wondering where Jason’s been and why he didn’t reach out to her. Laura reassures her that it’s okay not to have it all figured out when she’s still in shock.
Michael’s Visit!
Then Michael shows up to check on Dante. He asks Sam how she’s holding up, and she tells him that things are insane right now. Michael then brings up Jason, and Sam admits she doesn’t even know what to feel anymore. She was looking for some peace when Michael arrived. He opts to leave but she begs him to stay. Michael talks about how Sam and Dante are such an amazing team, partners in every sense of the word.
Amy goes to check on Heather, and then Finn shows up. Heather’s happy to see a friendly face, but Finn tells this ain’t good news. Apparently, Dr. Robinson sent him to see how she’s doing. Heather admits she’s not really connecting with Amy and asks if they can bring in Nurse Webber instead.

Finn warns her to focus because her symptoms are serious. She pleads with him to help her see her grandbaby. She tells him Laura brought in Ace because he’s sick, and begs for his help.
Finn asks her to cooperate first, and then he’ll see what he can do. He starts going over her symptoms, and Heather wonders if they’re related to her heart. Finn promises to find out. Just then, Laura walks in and Heather mentions how well she and Finn work together. Laura sends Finn out so she and Heather can have a long-overdue chat.
They discuss Ace, and Laura reveals he has an ear infection. Then she brings up Pentonville, saying it’s not the right place for Heather considering her history. Instead, they’re transferring her to a women’s federal penitentiary.
Heather is pleading with Laura to reconsider, but Laura’s standing firm, saying she’s got no other choice. Laura insists she has to do, she got to find a way to get her as far away from Port Charles as possible. Heather’s losing it, begging Laura not to tear her away from the only family she’s got. Then Laura tells her that Ace is not her problem anymore because she and Kevin will take care of him.

Kristina and Molly discuss the challenges Sam is facing and the support she needs as her deceased ex-husband resurfaces and the questions that are raised that he could have been the one to shot her living boyfriend.
Upon exiting the elevator, they encounter Blaze, while Molly goes in search of TJ. Blaze asks about Dante, and Kristina provides an update, assuring Blaze that her family is present and she doesn’t need to stay. She reassures Kristina, emphasizing that she will never be an inconvenience to her.
Blaze mentions her mother and the desire to reconcile given their last encounter. Kristina offers to go with her but Blaze thinks she should go alone while she appreciates the offer.
Molly’s back and Kristina’s filling her in on Blaze’s mom catching her in her daughter’s bed. Molly wants to know how Kristina’s taking it. Kristina’s hopeful about Blaze meeting up with Natalia. She thinks Molly sees it as a setup for disappointment, but Molly denies it.

Blaze and Natalia meet up at Bobbie’s for a bite to eat. Blaze is acting out and Natalia can’t figure out why. She tells Blaze she wants to chat, and then apologizes for freaking out when she caught her with Kristina. Natalia admits she was totally caught off guard and feels like she should have seen it coming. She thinks Blaze is just trying stuff out after what went down with Linc Brown. But Blaze insists that who she is has nothing to do with what Linc did to her. Blaze is super angry and storms off, even though Natalia pleads with her to work things out.
Carly and Drew Are At Odds!
Carly at home, reading the news on her phone when Drew rolls up and starts knocking. She tells him he didn’t have to knock and he explains that he didn’t want to barge in in case his brother was around. Carly reassures him that Jason’s not there, and reveals that he was there the night before. Drew wonders if when they were having a blast at the Q mansion, if she already knew about Jason and keep it from him.
Carly says there is no way she’d lie to him. She tells him she came home, saw Jason, and then the cops showed up. Drew adds that the cops think Jason shot Dante and Carly thinks the cops got it wrong. She knows Jason and he’d never do that. She notes there were two suspects, so the other one must’ve pulled the trigger.
Drew’s puzzled why she’s so adamant about defending Jason. He reminds her that with Jason, they always come first to each other, and that they always will. Carly insists she loves him, but he points out how she was in love with Sonny and Jax yet Jason still came first to her.

At the Quartermaine boathouse, Jason wakes up. Danny enters the boathouse and is shocked to discover his father there. He readies to turn away but Jason stops him and begs him to help. Danny wonders why should he. Jason promises he didn’t shoot Dante like the news report are saying. Danny begs him to swear on something that matters to him if he’s telling the truth and Jason says “I swear on your life“.
Jason asks Danny to grab a first aid kit, but Danny asks if he should get get the whole medical bag. Jason tells him not to because that’ll attract too much attention.
So, Danny brings the first aid kit to help his dad, but he admits he considered calling the cops. Then, Danny sees the gun, and Jason advises that if he ever needs to use, he must ensure that safety is on first. He then begs Danny not to tell his mom that he saw him. Danny asks why and Jason tells him to trust him on this.
