General Hospital Recap March 26, 2024: Today on GH – Anna is stunned. Carly is determined to get to Jason. Ava comforts Sonny. Curtis is suspicious. Gregory’s symptoms become more pronounced.
General Hospital GH Recap March 26, 2024
Laura watches as Curtis tries to get out of his wheelchair. She tells him not to let her stop him and that she didn’t want to interrupt. As she turns to leave, he calls her back, saying she can stick around if she needs someone to hang with.
Laura mentions Heather’s surgery and how worried she is about her. That’s when Curtis confesses that his “playlist” wasn’t actually music, but the breaking news about Jason Morgan.
He is unsure how to feel about it because if Jason took a shot at Sonny, it means Jason was the one who shot him. Laura finds it hard to believe that Jason would go after Sonny, and Curtis suggests that maybe Jason was working for Sonny, considering how close they were. Curtis then wonders if he was the intended target after all.
Curtis explains that it is just a theory right now. Laura warns him to be careful because there might be people out there who would benefit by him turning against Sonny.
General Hospital GH Recap March 26, 2024
At the hospital, Brook Lynn and Chase are chatting about Dante’s condition. He’s grateful that Sam has been there for Dante all along. Brook Lynn wonders if that’s why he didn’t tell Sam about Jason. Chase explains that Sam has a lot going on and will find out about Jason in due time.
Then, Gregory and Finn come off the elevator. Gregory is struggling, so his sons offer to help him, but he insists that he’s fine and doesn’t need their support.
Moving Up the Wedding
Gregory reveals that he has something to say to all of them and tells them to back off. He appreciates their support but insists that they have their own lives to live and shouldn’t put their lives on hold for him. He says he’s going to take a ride home and leaves. Finn suggests to Brook Lynn and Chase that they might want to consider moving up their wedding date, for what it’s worth.
Brook Lynn suggests to Chase that they should move up the date, but notes a new obstacle: they cannot proceed with the wedding while Dante is fighting for his life.
Despite Chase’s supportive stance, he expresses that it would mean the world to him if she could have her dream wedding. Brook Lynn reassures him that she is completely fine with this and suggests they could downsize. He asks her one more time if she wants to back out but she tells him no.
General Hospital GH Recap March 26, 2024
Michael drops by to see his dad. Ava’s not too sure if Sonny’s in the mood for visitors, but Michael insists on checking in on him just in case he’s heard the latest.
Sonny comes out and wants to know what’s up. He’s not really feeling it and tells Michael to say what he came to say and scram. Michael drops the news that Jason turned himself in and time’s running out to help him.
Sonny thinks Diane’s got this but Michael’s not budging. Sonny’s baffled and wonders what’s gotten into him, especially after what Jason did to Dante.
Michael can’t believe his dad doesn’t trust anyone right now and questions how he could think Jason would shoot Dante. Ava jumps in, suggesting that maybe Jason accidentally shot Dante. But Sonny is still not sure about it.
After Michael bounces, Sonny fixes himself a drink and asks Ava to join him. Ava takes the chance to let him know there’s someone he can count on. Sonny mentions it’s getting late and suggests they hit the sack as they struggle to resist each other.
Carly and Agent Cates
Cates goes to Bobbie’s and tells Carly he’s sorry for accusing her of hiding Jason at her place, but it turns out he was wrong. He also lets her know that Jason is in custody and that he turned himself in.
Carly wants to go check on Jason herself, but Agent Cates advises her against it. Carly stands up for Jason, saying he’s the best man she knows. Cates tells her that Jason Morgan means nothing to him, but the name Jason Quartermaine is a whole different story. He mentions that in the past, he and Jason were rivals for the same girl, Karen Wexler.
Carly tells him that since he hates Sonny and used to be sort of friends with Jason, he should excuse himself from the case. Either way, she asks him to leave her restaurant as she exits.

An officer brings Jason into the interrogation room where Anna is. She tells him he doesn’t have to say anything without his lawyer present. She proceeds to mention she had to see him face-to-face to asks if she shot Dante.
Jason says he didn’t. Anna notes she believes him, but says that won’t do much for him. She starts asking him about what happened, but he’s not talking without his lawyer.
Then Anna brings up Agent Cates and his connection to Stone. Jason’s shocked and didn’t realize he was going by Agent Cates. He tells Anna he’s been working for him since November 2021.
Anna pleads with him to trust her and spill the truth. As Jason mentions the tunnel and Britt’s name, Anna discloses that Britt had been killed. This news hits Jason hard, and he gets all emotional.
Jason Tells His Story!
He shares how he managed to escape the tunnel but was then stopped and arrested by two FBI agents .Jason states that he had been in Quantico, where evidence of RICO and criminal conspiracy had emerged. He discloses that an offer had been extended to him to act as an informant. Cates suspected Pikeman of arms dealing, with alleged involvement from the WSB. He reveals he has been working as mercenary soldier this whole time.
Jason mentions he is not sure the reasons behind targeting Sonny, and discloses that Cates had been aware of his focus on Sonny. Anna is stunned and furious. Jason tells Anna that if Dante dies, he is in big trouble while Anna says not to give up on Dante because he is a fighter. Meanwhile, Carly comes to the station to see Jason.
